Caden’s POV
Before Parker could reply, Caleb enthusiastically said, “It was great. I got to hear the baby's heartbeat, and it was going so fast. Dad took me to get the baby some gifts, and Parker loved them.”
“Well, are you having a girl or a boy?” Nana asked as she took the set across from Mom. Papa sat in the chair next to Craig.
“It’s a girl,” Parker said with a smile.
My mother and Nana both clapped their hands excitedly, smiling happily. “I prayed for a baby girl for you, Parker,” Nana told her.
“I can’t wait to go shopping for the baby,” my mother gushed.
“Neither could Caleb. We hadn’t even left the doctor's office before he suggested it,” I said with a smile.
“I can’t wait to see what you got her, Caleb,” Mom replied.
