Nolan’s POV

I took out all my anger and frustration on Brandie. I needed her gone in the worst way. I made plans and checked out the location earlier this week. It would be harder to find at night, so I needed to make a trial run. I grabbed old tarps from my parents' house, while I was there, and taped them to the floor of my garage. I knew that I would be a suspect in her disappearance, so I made sure that nothing could connect her to me.
I bought what I needed to address the problem at different places, and I paid cash. This was going to be one cold case they never figured out. It would be a sad story that would, unfortunately, bring no closure to her family. Her new man would be the one in the hot seat now. I
