Kendrick held Samantha's hand and gently squeezed it when Alberto announced that he got full ownership of the company shares, meaning he is the owner now and has all the say over the company.
Samantha looked at him. “Congratulations, Ken. You deserved it,” she said. She was happy for him and she reminisced about how they met. It was because of full ownership of their wealth that Kendrick met her. Though she was happy for him, deep inside she was afraid. Afraid of that, what if Kendrick continues what they agreed? To divorce her after he got everything from what he agreed with his parents? There are so many what-ifs running in her mind.
