I didn’t go to the office today. My mind has been racing with so many thoughts that I can hardly concentrate.
I’m as anxious as a chicken on Christmas day.
And that is not a very nice feeling.
My heart has been beating ridiculously wild since morning and it’s now 12pm. Goddess knows how long I have longed to tell Athena everything. How long we have longed to tell Athena everything instead of just asking her many questions.
And now that the time to do so is finally here, I’m having cold feet.
And I’m uncharacteristically reluctant to go through it all because of what might happen to us if Athena doesn’t take things well. Not that I expect her to be cool and collected when I tell her that I am from a different planet far from earth and that I’m not a human just like Mars.
