“Did you reach him?” Wyatt asked Seff and I cringed at the desperation in his voice. Rightfully so, but it was a reminder that Luca had gone against our promise to each other and taken off.
“No, he isn’t answering any of our calls either. Decker and Kay have gone to the cabin to see if he is there,” Seff explained apologetically. I could see that he was worried.
“Let me know,” Wyatt said before he turned to me. “I’ll call you on my first break,” he whispered, and I nodded. “He’ll come back to us,” once again, I just nodded.
