Friday morning is here..
Allan is driving Emily and I to the venue where we're meeting my mother Lucia. I'm glad Emmy planned that we meet at my restaurant just in case anything pops up, everybody will stand by us.
I had to call Jenny this morning to attend to my appointments and postpone those which she can't handle.
Emmy too did the same and now that our personal assistants are on toes, we have nothing to worry about. Besides, Fridays aren't such busy days.
Emmie and I are tense and silent and I can't help but wonder what is in her mind at this particular moment, as we drive towards the restaurant.
My mind is preoccupied, asking myself some questions which I'm unable to find answers for.
What if Lucia wants to harm us?
What if she's genuinely in trouble?
