“Drake Gilbertson is your husband?” I gasp. I can't even believe this. So I've been investing in my mother's husband's business all through?
Well, it all started with my father Johnson and now I'm following into his footsteps. I couldn't stop investing in his business even after taking over from my late father.
“Yes.” mother nods. “He's Charlie's and Edith's father. We've been married for the last twenty eight years.”
