Ella’s POV Something doesn’t feel right. My head is pounding so hard it feels like it might split in two. I open my eyes slowly and try to focus on the ceiling above me, but even that feels like an effort. Everything is spinning slightly, and I can’t remember how I got here. “What’s happening to me?” I whisper to myself, my voice dry and weak. I try to think back.
