The next couple of days really were quite a ride for Michael. Alvara made it abundantly clear that if he wanted to be with her, he was going to have to earn it. She was enforcing the 'limited physical contact' rule. She allowed him to hug her exactly five seconds before stepping away, He could put his arm around her, but only for a few minutes. She would allow him to hold her hand when they would sit and talk, but that was about the limit of the physical contact she allowed. And absolutely no kissing. I kinda felt sorry for the poor guy. But it was also entertaining. More than once, he would reach for her only to find himself flat on his back or pinned against the wall.
