THE NEXT MORNING Liam woke up from his slumber, his head stung as he tried to get up from the floor. His bed sheets barely covered him. He had vivid memories of the night before. He looked at the bed and saw Lisa sleeping peacefully, her lips slightly parted. He walked towards the teacups and smelled something different. This was not the usual herbal tea—someone must have added something. He heard a soft knock on the door. He opened it and saw his father smiling suspiciously. “How was your night, my son? Did you have a good time?” he teased. Liam looked behind him and saw Lisa still sleeping. He stepped out and brushed his hands through his hair.
