DEREK'S POV
Ray, Susan, the other Alphas, our wolves, the Rogues and I reached the Silver Sea pack house after about an hour of running through the woods. The journey seemed endless, but in the end I began to see the first rays of the sun dancing on the calm surface of the ocean, and within five minutes the pack house was in sight. Both Raynard and Susan, next to me, got their breaths cut short as they saw their home wrecked and destroyed, just like their son.
I hoped that Xavier and Maya had managed to free him from Grace's curse.
Now that the Rogues were on our side - although it was a bit far-fetched to say that such beasts were on someone's side if not theirs, and that Murtagh was safe, taking Grace and her mother down and ending this war wouldn't be too difficult.
