Eventually, all of our new pack members found a place in the Silver Sea and the Bright Moon pack houses. They were all going to stay here for the night and then those who had chosen to go live with the Bright Moon pack would have left the following morning. Coming home was like breathing a breath of fresh air; I didn't realize how much I had missed it up to that moment, when I went back in and saw again the halls and rooms in which I had grown up.
Where my children will grow up, I thought with a smile as I made my way to my room. My mom told me that, while we were abroad, they had restructured it so as to better adapt to the needs of my growing family, but she hadn't told me much besides that.
