DYLAN'S POV
The day for Laila’s cremation finally arrived and I had to make the grueling but short trip to the hospital. I hadn’t been there since I left when Laila died. Being back here brought back so many memories for me but this tike there was no way for me to escape it. Amaya and Theo were accompanying me while James was already there.
I had decided to allow James to be there for this because it was for his sister. I wanted to give him the chance to see her one last time since I was told that no had been allowed to go into that part of the hospital.
It seemed that a lot of things had changed since I left because there was new stuff. The nurses that had been serving on that day were all gone and the only familiar face was the doctor
“where did everyone go?” I asked the doctor
