“What are you doing there in the middle of the road you son of a b***h?!”
“Get out of the way!”

What happened? Where exactly am I? Why do I feel strange right now? And everything around me is too loud.
I looked at my hands and I tried to move it. I feel different. I turn my attention around me and I saw people looking at me. Some are inside their vehicles some are walking at the side of the streets.
“You i***t! Move!” next thing I know is that I am being dragged to the side by this unknown man behind me. He dragged my black T-shirt to move me away from the road. And when he's done, he just left me there and he went back to his vehicle. Then they all started to run their engines.
I started to walk from there.
I walk following the flow of the crowd. I don't know what I am doing right now but I just walk, not knowing where to go. I don't know what is happening to me right now. I have no idea where am I, what am I, who am I.
It feels like I just woke up from a dream or something.
“Hey, come with me. Stupid” I was surprised when a woman suddenly grabbed my arms and took me to the corner of the streets. This woman seems very familiar. Have I met her before?
“W-who are you?” I asked while she's trying to pin me to the wall. It doesn't feel like she is a bad person but… I don't know.
“Okay great, so I guess you don't remember anything” she looked at me like she is annoyed or something. Are we even close?
“Do I know you?”
“The up above commanded me to look for you and guide you while you are here”
“What? Up above? What up above? Is it the sky?” I innocently asked. I don't really have any idea what she's talking about.
“Okay nice. I think the task they gave me is not that easy. WHY DO THEY HAVE TO ERASE YOUR MEMORIES! Damn it” I'm shocked when she shouted. Why is she like that? As if she is mad or something? Who is she referring to?
“Uhm… are you okay miss?”
“NO. DO I LOOK LIKE I'M OKAY?” she started to grab and pull my sleeves. I don't know why she's mad and she seems mad at me!
“I'm s-sorry”
“You should be! Because you are the one who dragged me in this mess. I'm fine and happy doing my duties back there then you broke the rules, now I have to watch over you like a child!” she pointed her fingers right in front of my face. I can really feel her rage.
“I am sorry but… I don't remember--”
“And that's even more frustrating! You can't remember me, you can't remember you, AND YOU CAN'T REMEMBER YOUR GODDAMN MISSION. SO I DON'T KNOW WHAT WE'RE GOING TO DO”
Mission? I need her to enlighten me. What is she talking about. As to how she talks to me, it seems like we know each other for a very long time but I cannot remember her.
“I… I am sorry”
“I don't understand why do I have to do this. I didn't break any of the rules, YOU DO. BUT WHY DO I FEEL LIKE I AM ALSO BEING PUNISHED!” she stopped pulling my sleeves and move away for a little bit.
“I am…sorry, okay? Whatever you are talking about. I am sorry. Can you please calm yourself down? I want to understand everything”
"*laugh* You're really different, now that you are human. You won't say things like that so easily”
What is she talking about NOW THAT I AM HUMAN? What am I before? And what is she? She's a human also right?
“Like what?”
“That 'sorry'”
“Really?”
“Come with me. I know you have a lot of questions. Let's talk about that in my house”
Then she grabbed my hands and pulled me like an eight year old kid. Is she my mother or something? She doesn't look old to be a mother, I mean, to be MY mother. Wait, how old am I?
It is a very peculiar day for me. I don't even know if I can trust this lady but I just let her do whatever she please. I feel like she knows a lot about me that even I can't remember

“So… you say that… I am a grim reaper and my name is Thanatos?”
Okay what did I just heard from her? Grim Reaper? Me? I guess it is a mistake to come with her here, in her… somehow large and cozy house full of plants. She is insane.
“I know that look of yours. I am telling the truth. You are Thanatos and I am Nemesis. We are friends, your duty is to bring souls to their afterlife, while me, I bring equal measure of joy and sorrow to people”
That's it. This lady is confirmed insane.
I stood up and I started to walk towards the door. It is a mistake that I fell in her trap. I thought I can trust her. I did not know that she's just crazy.
“Ugh okay, thank you very much for taking me here to your house. I think I need to go” I started to open the door but suddenly, it closes again, without her pushing it.
WHAT THE HECK?
I just looked at her confusingly. She looks scary right now. It seems like she was the one who closed tge door but she never even laid a finger on it. She's far. How did she do that?! Is she a magician?
“Look, I know you think I am insane but no, I AM NOT. I HAVE NO TIME TO BE INSANE OKAY? I NEED TO LOOK AFTER YOU HERE IN EARTH BECAUSE YOU HAVE A MISSION”
She's very scary right now. I froze from where I am standing while she started to walk closer to me.
“Oh…o-okay” I said out of fear. As if I have any other choice.
“Listen, if you walk out that door, where do you think you are going? Huh? You don't have anything. You don't know where to go. I am your key to survive here!” she went closer and closer to me until she shouted those words right through my ears. She is really mad at me right now. It is tough because I don't remember a single thing.
“S-sorry… I just think that it is impossible to--”
“How about this? Does it look like impossible to you?” I haven't even finished my sentence when she raised her hands towards the windows and then it quickly opened, like a flash. My goodness, it is magic!
“H-how…how can you…”
“Like I told you, I am Nemesis. I am not human.”
After that, she started to move away from me and took an apple on the table. Then she throws it to me. Lucky me, I caught the apple.
“Eat. I know you are hungry”
“How about you?”
“Spectral beings like me, don't feel anything like that, hunger, thirst”
I just stared at her before I took a bite to the apple. I really feel hungry right now, and this apple is so delicious! I don't know how can I express this but I feel like it's been a very long time since I ate an apple. The delicious taste just burst right through my taste buds. It is really good!
After a few minutes of eating…
Suddenly… I just felt something on my head
It…starts to hurt
It hurts a lot!
“Ouch!!! A-aahh!” I groaned as I held my head. It is too painful!
“What happened Thanatos? Are you alright?”
“What did you put in the apple?”
I can't take it, it's hurts so bad. I suddenly knelt on the floor because I feel like I am draining myself. What's happening?!
“Wh-what?! Nothing! I didn't do anything!” I felt her hands trying to help me standing up but I just can't.
“It hurts…aaaahh!”
Then everything went dark…
