I felt a shiver run down my spine as I gazed at the figure before me. My mother, Corianna? But how was this possible? I thought she was long gone, lost to the void of the other dimension.
As I stared at her, trying to make sense of this sudden reappearance, Ava's voice broke the silence. "What is happening?" she exclaimed, her eyes wide with shock.
