Episode 11

"I'll let you get ready."

Sister Anne's voice pulled me out of my thoughts. I nodded. She walked back to my room with me, then she left. I just sat on my bed. I started thinking we never wore any nice dresses. We had a few dresses that we wore in the hospital, and another that we wore on the few occasions when we went out. I sighed.

“Calm down, Aurora.”

“How could I?”

Just as I told this to Shiloh a thought frightened me.

“Shiloh, he has a wolf, will he sense you?”

“Noah would, but he is at sleep. As long as he is in sleep he won't know you have me. And I can hide myself from others too, just like I always do.”

For some reason, I felt some sadness in her voice.

“You sound sad, Shiloh.”

“Don't mind me, it's just you are going to be with your mate, and it would be nice to meet mine.”

“Don't talk stupid things, he is not my mate.”

“I think he is.”

“I have no mate, and you know that well.”

“Yes, I know that, just as much as I know you don't have a wolf...”

“Maybe I have you, but I don't think that we are lucky enough to have a mate too. And especially not the Alpha.”

“I let you think what you want. But if you want to give me a present, then at least please stay with him till Noah wakes up.”

“Maybe he will have me ones, then I won't see him again.”

“Well, that kiss said the opposite way.”

I felt embarrassed, I just realized that Shiloh was there with me too. And she will be with me…

“Don't worry about that. This is the way it is, just promise me to make me meet Noah.”

“Shiloh…”

“If you let me meet Noah, then everything will be fine. I promise.”

“How do you know that?”

“Just trust me, Aurora.”

I stood up and went to my wardrobe to get my outside dress. I put that on, and I brushed my hair. I tied it back in a braid. I really didn't want to disappoint the Alpha.

“He will like you, you don't have to do too much, you look nice.”

I smiled at Shiloh's comment.

I had just finished when I heard a knock. A servant stood at the door to let me know the carriage was waiting for me. I sighed and went down with him. The carriage was nice and comfortable. When the servant helped me to get in, I started to feel that I was going to a different world. The journey wasn't too long. When we entered the land, my eyes went wide. It was beautiful.

It was nothing like the building where I grew up. It was nice and pleasant for the eyes to see. We went for a few minutes, when finally I could see the castle. It looked amazing and huge. I saw some paintings of it, but seeing it with my own eyes was totally different. My heart started racing when the carriage stopped. A servant helped me out and the other two servants waited for me, then they led me in.

If I wasn't amazed enough already to see how the castle looked from outside, I was more and more mesmerised when I got inside. We didn't go too far from the entrance when a young, beautiful lady walked towards me smiling kindly.

"Aurora, welcome. My name is Marie. I'm going to help you get ready for dinner. "

I was really surprised. She looked really nice and talked to me kindly. I felt I could trust her. She had a slim figure, but she was about the same height as me, she had brown hair and brown eyes. She folded her arms around mine, and she led me somewhere. For a reason, her smile and the friendly tone of her voice made me feel at ease a bit.

"May I ask what you mean?"

I asked her shily, as I didn't know her title. I didn't want to be disrespectful.

"You are going to meet the Alpha. Don't you want to show him your most beautiful appearance?"

I lowered my head, and I think my cheeks went a bit red. She just smiled and she continued walking. I still wanted to know her title, but I didn't dare to ask.

“She is a gamma.”

Shiloh told me in my mind. I smiled and thanked her. Then again something got into my mind that scared me.

“Don't worry about that, I'm hiding. Nobody will sense me, I only let Noah sense me when he'll be awake.”

I let out a sigh. Marie probably heard that as she smiled and turned to me.

"Don’t be afraid, and don't be nervous. Alpha is really kind and good-hearted. He'll treat you well, I'm sure about that."

I nodded and I forced a smile on my face.

We entered a room, and my eyes went wide. It was like a bathhouse.

"I will help you take off your clothes."

I was shocked at first. I have never been naked in front of anyone. In our bathroom we all wore light underwear and bathed in it, so it made me nervous. But what made me more uneasy is, I imagined that, if the Alpha wanted that, I'd have to be naked in front of him. I tried to calm myself down. I took a few deep breaths, and I stepped close to her.

I sighed and I forced myself to let her do what she wanted. She gently took my clothes off. I stood there naked. She led me into a huge bath. I didn't really feel like it was necessary, as I was a very clean person, but I had to follow the rules.
