“Sweetie “Dae says , tried to get Eden away from Ryder’s body. Greg mindlinked him with great difficulty and asked for help and when he and Esme and the New Moon Pack warriors arrived here it was like everything was in chaos and c*****e. Pack members dead all over the streets, like there was no alpha around.
He and Esme ran to the packhouse , knowing that Ryder and Eden are here but nothing could prepare them for the image they saw.
Dean Rae was dead. Bianca too, so Mark Sanders. Ninette and Hannah were begging for mercy but right there in front of their eyes, on the blooded floor , Eden was holding Ryder’s cold body in her arms crying softly.
She was so tired, so pale like she was going to follow him in the arms of death.
