Divinity is gifted by fate. And fate is the uncontrollable and unexplainable way of everything. It is life as we know it and it is above all of us. No mortal and no God can ever grasp its meaning. Strength and power are nothing when fate happens. It is a weaving of lives and the spinning of time with reason and sometimes without.
The Gods and Goddesses of the world are chosen by this same fate for countless reasons that all of us will never fully comprehend. A few of the divinities spend countless centuries trying to understand why they are chosen or what they are supposed to do. No one has really found the answer.
But I think mine was the easiest to understand. There wasn’t any need for an explanation on why I was here. Everyone knew why I was chosen.
