I had fallen asleep on Max’s bed while waiting for him. I am not sure when my body gave up on waiting but someone along the night I just fell asleep. Upon waking up I realized that Max hadn’t come home and there was a lot of ruckus going on outside. I quickly put on my gown and some slipper and ran outside. Maybe Max was back but he had just been too busy to come to bed. Or maybe he had gone to my apartment thinking that I was there. There was no going for me to make guesses when I could just walk out of the room and find out.
