“so all roads have led us here” James finally said after coming back from wherever he had been.
“Just tell me what you want James,” I said
“Well isn’t it obvious? “ he asked me “I believe that I have told you everything I want and you have just chosen to not listen to me” he said
“Tell me again”
“I believe in an eye for an eye and a tooth for a tooth. Or, in this case, a line for a life, your life for the lives of all my family members that your family has killed” he said, and I scoffed.
“You remain loyal to a family that treated you like s**t and a family that probably called you a bastard?” I asked him, and he punched me, I spit out more blood and then laughed.
“you think you are funny, huh? Let’s see who will have the last laugh” he said.
