ALISHA By the time we get to the condo, I'm an hour late to my first class. I go to my room to take a shower while Adam and Allen go to their respective rooms to do whatever boys do before they go to school. I shower and change into the only pair of jeans that I own, making a mental note to invest in more jeans when I go shopping with my first paycheck. Once my hair is held up in a high ponytail and I'm ready to leave, I finally remember to check my phone. That's something I haven't done since last night. I was busy, then I got that literal heat rush, then I slept, and I just didn't remember that I own a phone. I have sixteen missed calls from a new number. I frown at the number.
