Boiling with unbelievable anger, Kane stormed out of the Alpha’s office and didn’t stop until he returned to Camila’s place.
He was enraged. He felt useless, insulted, downgraded and couldn’t even put his complete emotions into words.
He couldn’t believe his ears. Like a fool, he decided to give the Alpha one more chance to prove him wrong and he just had to confirm his guesses. He was an entirely different person.
What was he expecting anyways? Lucien had been hinting at the whole new personality for long enough so was he suddenly expecting him to change and take his side after clearly betraying him?
But regardless, he wasn’t expecting him to fall that low. To ask him to go on his knees and apologize to the Luna? That was utterly ridiculous!
