Alpha Brett and Beta Peter didn't even bother to hold in their laughter at his words. "So you have been deceiving your own parents, how sad and pathetic!" conveyed Brett as Chancellor growled at him.
"Alpha Teddy, were you aware that your son had Luna Falynn living in a run-down house at the border of your territory away from him and the rest of the pack?" probed Royal Beta Trevor, ignoring the two bickering Alphas.
"No! My son had her sleeping with him every night! That can't be true! Tell them, son! That is incorrect information that he is working with!" demanded ex- Alpha Teddy.
"I can't! It's true! I love Lady Amanda! So I never bothered to officially claim her. You knew when you forced me to marry her that my heart belonged to Lady Amanda! While she has done an excellent job in her Luna duties, I don't love her! Besides, it hurt Lady Amanda to see her around every day! So, I moved her out there! However, I never signed any divorce agreement and I want to keep her! I will do better by her! I promise!" revealed Chancellor.
"You mean to tell me! You threw away your chance with a Royal Omega for a banned, disgraced and adulterous ex-Luna! What kind of fool have I raised?" shouted ex-Alpha Teddy, shaking with anger.
"What are you talking about father?" demanded Chancellor as his fuming mother opened her handbag and pulled out an extra-large brown envelope and proceeded to hand it to him, weeping.
"So, I now have a lovely, super-smart, clever, virgin with excellent Luna Skills and, if I am not mistaken, has great f*****g baking skills along with the ability to make money and not just spend it! Well, damn, I chose the right day to roll out of bed and decide to visit the Alpha King! Please, Beta Peter, open the vehicle door for Luna Falynn long enough for her to reject this damn Pack, and we can be on our way! I have an entire bedroom, office and a jet to christen with my clever little royal fate mate! So, we really need to get this show on the road! I need to start the ball rolling to make sure I have at least a dozen prodigy mavericks." asserted Brett, mockingly as Chancellor, Scott and his parents all growled at him.
Beta Peter promptly walked over to the vehicle and opened it for me as Lady Amanda tried to explain herself on deaf ears.
"I, Falynn Virginia Bellingham, current Luna of the Black Claw Pack, reject you Alpha Chancellor Donovan as my mate, as my Alpha and I reject being a part of the Black Claw Pack. I, Falynn Virginia Bellingham, relinquish all ties to Alpha Chancellor Donovan and to the Black Claw Pack seen and unseen." I declared, standing tall and proud as I closed my eyes, attempting to block out the pain threatening to consume me. But even in the darkness behind my eyelids, I feel the strength of the rejection, as it threatens to tear my body apart. The pain rattles through my bones, clogging my nostrils and leaving me breathless.
Beta Peter extends his arm to help me and I take a hold to steady myself as I wait for him to accept the rejection. After about another hour of back and forth arguing, Alpha Chancellor was forced to accept my rejection and the bed that he had made for himself. Royal Beta Trevor refused to grant him another chance with me.
"I, Alpha Chancellor Donovan of the Black Claw Pack, accept your rejection, Falynn Virginia Bellingham" proclaimed Chancellor. The pain was instantly gone as I watched him suffer in pain and then pass out from it.
"This isn't over b***h! Not by a long shot!" I heard Beta Ross' voice ringing in my head. I turned and faced him. I gave him the middle finger as Beta Ross and Alpha Brett laughed." I do believe I need to add feisty to that list to describe my lovely little royal mate. "Oh! I am going to have so much fun with you! Let's go!" chuckled Alpha Brett, walking over to me and giving me a forehead kiss that meant the world to me with the biggest kool-aid grin spread across his handsome face.
Luna Eleanor quickly attacked Lady Amanda and ripped her throat out. She never stood a chance against that old woman. Beta Peter quickly ushered me back into the vehicle. The Royal Staff, along with Royal Beta Trevor, stopped Alpha Chancellor and Beta Ross from attacking his mother in retaliation.
Alpha Brett quickly said goodbye and jumped in the vehicle with us. From the car window, I sense his gaze on me. The driver started the vehicle. I don't know what fate awaits me, but one thing's for sure- I never want to see him or his Beta again.
After speaking with Beta Peter for a few minutes, giving him strict instructions. They both looked at me at the same time and said, "Can I ask you a question, Luna Falynn?"
"Sure!" I replied, giggling. Brett quickly signaled for Peter to go first.
"So what is the best thing you can bake?" Beta Peter asked, rubbing his tummy and licking his lips.
I started laughing. "I can bake anything, but I think my German chocolate cake is the most delicious and popular or my pineapple upside-down cake!"
" Okay, I am sold! I vote that you fix both and let me be the judge! Those two cakes can be the first thing you treat the pack to once you are ready to start cooking for everyone." voiced an extremely excited Peter, still rubbing his tummy.
I just laughed and said," Sure!"
"So my question is simple. I never thought I would find myself asking this question about another man. I.." asserted Brett, and I knew instantly what he wanted to know. I didn't want to start our relationship keeping secrets and under false pretenses. So I spilled the tea. Don't judge me.
