Dr Rinaldi was more than a little upset when he linked with Cody and met him and Cassie at the pack house. That little s**t Johnathon had sent a lawyer into the hospital who had then handed him a letter meant for Cassie. Although he would have liked to have just shredded it to pieces, Dr Rinaldi reluctantly handed it over to Cassie instead, who opened it up in front of them both and began to skim the contents, eliciting a gasp from her mouth as she saw what was clearly written on it.
"What's wrong?" Cody asked, worried as he saw his mate go pale and sway on her feet. Dr Rinaldi quickly advised him to pick Cassie up and place her on a nearby couch.
