Cassian had gone to look for Maya at the information guild, but she wasn't there. Barto had told him that his sister had left very early and he didn't know when she would return. He waited for her all day, wondering when she would arrive. Then, a very handsome boy with blue eyes approached him, sat at his table, and asked, "Why are you looking for Maya?"
"I need something from her."
"What?"
"I don't have to tell you."
"I see, you're another one of those idiots chasing after her. Let me tell you something; you're wasting your time. Maya's not into guys like you."
Cassian realized at that moment what was happening; the boy must be in love with Maya and was jealous that he had come to see her.
"That's not why I'm here. I just want some information from her, nothing more."
