After the paperwork was done, Vicky had nothing else to report. I finished early with work. It was going to be a busy day.
Now I am busy packing my things at the penthouse, not that there is much here. This place was never really a home. I had not purchased anything personal except for clothes, like paintings or statues. I had been waiting for something or someone to put the finishing touches on it. Now I am glad I hadn't cluttered the place with meaningless items, as I would have to move them now.
With some help, six boxes and four suitcases were in the trunk and ready to take to Jessica's place.
We will visit the club and watch the band tonight, and tomorrow is the wedding.
Time has flown by, and I can hardly believe I am about to have a wife.
