The door greeter was not a great start. For the evening, the server was excellent and tried to be polite and upbeat. Dinner was not as good as I had hoped, and Jessica seemed sad about the lack of heat; she even ordered extra hot food.
But even with the bad start and disappointing meal, Jessica made the evening delightful.
The conversation flowed easily, and I was surprised she had staff issues like I had. I was pleased to hear she organized a full building check for bugs and hidden cameras. It must have shaken her to find that one hidden under the desk. I suggested getting someone to check the footage and going back until they find the first time it was placed there.
