It is my last night with Ewan staying here permanently. He goes home to Jenny tomorrow, which is great because Jenny is doing good now and I know they have missed each other. Though, he will still be coming here to stay at least three nights a week. Jenny and I have already discussed a schedule, and I can see him whenever I want, even if it isn’t my day, so I am not worried about Ewan going home. I will miss him. Having him these last five weeks has been incredible, and watching him grow and discover new things. Being his dad has become my most favourite thing in the world.
Sydney decided to stay at her place tonight to let me have my last night with my son. I told her she didn’t need to, but she insisted. It was going to be way too quiet once Ewan went home.
