Today was a long day. I had a training session with Carina and Gwen, trying to get them ready for their grading this weekend, and then I had a few one on one training sessions with a few of my own clients. The week before grading is always the busiest as everyone wants to go through the techniques before the day. Carina is now doing her P2 grading and even though that is only the beginners' level on Krav Maga, it is still a stressful session. She is fantastic at her knife training, but the chokes and moving into her fighting stances will need to be worked on a bit more, but I trust that after a few more sessions she will have that under the belt and she will pass her grading with flying colors.
