John I take my time in the shower. The water is hot enough to leave my skin red and sensitive. I scrub every inch of my body and then contemplate shaving my beard, but then decide against it. By the time I made it downstairs, my brothers had a meal waiting and had already dug into their own plates. They must've brought their own food because the last time I checked, my fridge was empty. I didn't say anything as I started to eat the chicken and vegetables that they had prepared and they didn't bother talking to me either, knowing I didn't need conversation right now. Usually it takes months to prepare for a fight. You need to condition yourself and work on your fitness and check what you eat, but the fight they probably booked was an amateur fight, because I don't think even they would be
