Emma  “This is ridiculous,” Kai mutters against his glass before taking a large gulp out of it. I sigh, tugging at my dress as I reposition myself. “But you wanted to attend the bonfire. Don’t you like it?” The crackling noises of the large fire accompany the witches' chants and laughter as they dance around it, the glow of the springing flames flickers in Kai’s eyes as he avoids my gaze. “Yes, but not like that.” I sigh, turning back to observe the witches enjoying their bonfire night under the applause and cheering of the crowd. They must be fire witches, as while dancing, they keep doing little shows with the fire to entertain the spectators.
