Benjamin didn’t know what was worse – having to go on a business trip with his fated mate, or the uncertainty in which he lived. Indeed, he lived in constant uncertainty and fear of his dear Serena doing something that would inevitably mean the end of them for real. He was serious about wanting to fight the heavens and fate itself for her. He had never entertained feelings as strong for anyone but her.
