It was so nice. That was my first thought. The house looked like it was from a catalog. A spiral staircase shot through the bottom floor, the walls a comfy brick that reminded me of a trendy city loft, the kind in chick-flicks. There were cream couches, abstract art, and game consoles of every kind tucked in the TV stand. Not to mention a huge TV. It almost took up the whole wall.
