I wake up screaming, my heart is in my throat and my body is shaking uncontrollably. There’s a panic and terror that surges through my veins that only kept me screaming and screaming and screaming. I toss, and I turn, and I can feel how much I am shaking.
When a hand reaches towards me, I flinch back so hard that I accidentally choke myself until my vision blotches with red.
