“You look stunning, my dear!” Lily was delighted with the outcome of her dolling me up. I twirled around in front of her full-length mirror in her and Andrew’s walk-in-closet. If I was so amazed with Alex’s huge walk-in-closet, then this one is massively jaw-dropping. Felt like I walked in a luxurious department store.
“Wow. I look gorgeous! Thanks, Lily!” I’m going to fetch John at the airport after lunch, then tour him around San Francisco (if he’s up to it after the long flight), have dinner, before dropping him to his booked Airbnb apartment. John texted the other night that he’s coming and I’m so excited to see again a familiar face. Jenny and Matt will come also after a week.
