It was a hard truth to accept that my parents were dead and now their killer was about to kill me too. She instructed her people to prepare the rituals to do it that very night. She was going to finish me and gain her eternal life. She boasted of how she masked her scent so that Xavier won’t find me. Nevertheless, I knew that I was too far away from New York and only a miracle could save me.

I was in the same room where I woke up today. I didn’t know the time since the room didn’t have any window and there was only one steel door to use. They cuffed me back to the headboard of the bed.
