While Harmonee, Channing, and the others were fighting Joshua, August, and their men Denver were also in the battle of their own. Denver had wanted to join his sister to go against August but they had an unexpected attack.
Kyle had recruited about two hundred men. He couldn't get over how arrogant Denver was that day he came there to see Cain. When Denver told him that Nash was his father and that he had killed him. That night at the bar the more he watched Denver the more his hatred hardened.
Now the two men are standing face to face Kyle smirks looking at Denver. “You have a beautiful mate. Maybe I will let her live and enjoy her for a while.” He points at Houng. Kyle is hoping to that statement would get a raise from Denver.
