I didn't realize that the guy who wanted to see Howard was Dale.
I knew Howard had come to terms with Dale's army of hunters.
Without Dale's help, there's no way we could have defeated Ryan last time and captured Ryan's sorcerer.
Dale's army is well-trained hunters who are strong and very aware of the vampire's weaknesses.
As you can see from the last battle, they could hit vampires' hearts at once and end their lives with a simple crossbow.
It would be hard to do this without a lot of relevant training. I was sure they have many other skills that I hadn't seen before.
I was pleased about the hunters joining our camp, which increases our chances of winning the battle against Ryan.
