Joanne released a deep sigh before she looked away from Elliot and crossed her arms.
She did not respond to Malika. Moreover, she focused her eyes in front of her and continued glaring sharply at Elliot by the reflection of the elevator walls.
Malika smiled apologetically. “I’m sorry, Elliot. Joanne was just — never mind. So, where are you heading to? I love your business attire, by the way. It looked seemed large to you, but I kinda like your style tho,”
She winked at Elliot and chuckled.
