“You are progressing well, Mariam. I am sure that you will be able to move your feet soon”, Rosy said in a hopeful voice, and I smiled widely. Today, I managed to move my toes on my own. It was still a bit painful, but not like earlier. The pain was bearable and it didn’t stress me. I was now able to move my upper body on my own on the bed. “Thanks, Rosy… thanks a lot.
