Alicia shook her head as she tried to make sense of what had just happened. She flopped down on the bed once again, heaving a deep sigh.
She was exhausted. So exhausted that she could hardly process her own emotions.
She stared round the room, wondering where Pearl could have gone to. Which also reminded her that she still needed to go search for the pack members claimed to be in this place.
She dreaded to think what the twins motive were, for bringing them here, obviously against their will and without her approval.
Her thoughts were a jumbled mess and she felt her limbs weakening.
