The fall had been terrifying, his mind concentrating on slipping the clutches of Oleson’s men. It felt like he had been falling forever when he had hit the water and then dropped down through it for a long time. After what seemed like an eternity he felt himself slowly moving upwards, it was not quick enough and he started to feel as though he wasn’t going to make it.
