It felt like a huge gesture for Rin to allow me a single night away from the house.
I was not sent alone - the gigantic beast of a man that usually accompanied Rin whenever she left the house was accompanying me.
It still felt like my first taste of freedom since arriving in the city, and it showed me that Rin was really starting to trust me; or perhaps that she trusted her bodyguard would be able to subdue me if I tried to do anything stupid.
