When Aiden and I walked through the backyard I saw Ryder sitting on the back porch steps. Aiden walked in front of me because I was very aware I had no pants on. Lauren gave me some as I sat down next to Ryder and everyone went inside.
“I have my wolf.” He said finally. “So do I.” I couldn’t help but smile. “Why did mom and dad not tell us?” He didn’t say anything for a few seconds. “I’m sure they had their reasons. But when we get back we will find out. We need to start training.” I heard him sniffle. “What’s wrong?” “I’m scared. I saw a lady and she told me about the wolves and about mom, dad and you.
