Holding Aiden while I fell asleep was nice. I liked being squished between the couch cushions and him, it was so warm. I was dreaming of running through the forest. Aiden ran after me, both of us laughing. When we came to a meadow, we slowed down. I walked along in awe of all the beautiful flowers and the scent that filled the air. I looked back at Aiden and he was just staring at me on the edge of the meadow. I beckoned him to me but he didn't move. His eyes were black and he shifted. I stared at Cable and took a couple steps toward him when he started to growl. I jumped slightly. He crouched and pounced into a sprint after me. I ran and booked it away from him.
