I was asleep peacefully with Rylee in my arms. We were squished on this couch with others on it and people on the floor. The day had been long and filled with her family and friends. I enjoyed meeting them but i just wanted to be alone with her. Cable was on edge all day, whining, saying there was something wrong with Rylee, but she seemed fine. She complained of a headache right before we went to bed but she didn't seem to be in pain at all. I was blissfully dreaming when it started to get very hot. We wolves run at a hot temperature, but this was starting to make me sweat. I didn't have any blankets on and I realized Rylee was burning up.
