Chapter 8

Aiden POV

We walked out of the cafeteria and followed their scents toward to side. Ryder was sitting on the curb looking at his phone. Rylee was eating and stretching. Why was she stretching? We still had a few hours before the match. When she bent over a couple of the guys we hang around with jaws hit the floor and whistled. I growled and they backed off. My over the top sister although walked right up and slapped her ass. Watching her fall and roll back up into a hand stand had Cable howling. Holy crap that sexy as hell. Ally mentioned her ass and I quickly looked around to make sure these "dogs" weren't looking at it. I asked her about the game after school, she was calm and had no problem throwing back attitude in my face. No one else does, everyone else fears me. She's cute, she'll learn to fear me as well.

Walking back inside we has 3 more classes that I knew would drag, except all 3 were with her. So she walked with me so I can show her where they were located. I took my seat in the back while she handed to the teacher paper work from the office and collected her text book. She came and sat next to me and I looked at her. "Am I not allowed to sit here? She didn't say there was assigned seating." I sat up little. "There isn't, most people don't openly sit next to me." She scoffs "Why?" I smirked "Cause they are scared of the big bad wolf." She didn't respond. "Are you scared?" She gulped but shook her head. I turned my body toward her and leaned in. "I think you are. Don't worry little riding hood this big bad wolf wont eat you. Unless you ask nicely." I noticed she clenched her thighs together, I do affect her. she shook her head and looked me right in the eye "You may be a big bad wolf, but the wolf always dies in those stories." she said with a smirk. No one but my father ever looked me in the eye. Except maybe a rouge we were trying to get information from. Even what she said was shot to my ego. I couldn't help it Cable surfacing, I know my eyes went black and in his voice "Everyone who has tried to kill me has died, I take pleasure in ripping apart other wolves. We aren't know for being cuddly animals. I don't know what mercy is." Cable disappeared into my mind and when I saw her face I felt regret. The terror I saw in her eyes. She looked away as the rest of the students filed in and sat down. I kept peeking towards her the whole hour and she never once moved.

She darted out of the room when the bell rang and to the next class like her ass was on fire. Our next class she was already seated when I walked in. Of course who she was seated next to made me growl. Raymond. The Future Alpha from the next pack. The school sat on our lands but they pack had to attend ours cause it was the only closest one. Me and him grew up together always competing at everything. He was a hit with the she wolves where I stayed in steady relationships till I found my mate, who he is currently flirting with. But one thing he doesn't have on me, my fighting skills and my body count.

I walked toward them watching them talk he was leaning toward her all smiles and she was smiling back, blushing even. He was making her laugh and giggle. We made eye contact. He nodded his head and said "Alpha." I nodded back. "Looking to make your body count more?" I snarled slightly. "I cant help they flock. Why you trying to lay claim." I sighed and sat on the other side of her. During class he kept leaning in and whispering when the teacher was looking and he did it cause he knows I can him. As we were working on the paper he leaned and actually asked her out for coffee after school. I almost broke my pen. "Sorry I cant today, I'm playing volleyball with Aiden and his siblings. Well playing against Aiden I should say." I couldn't help but smirk. "Mind if I watch?" And my smirk is gone. "I don't mind." I looked at her and her cheeks were pink. when the bell rang Raymond and I stood and stared at each other. Both being Alphas we want to be the most powerful aura in the room. Rylee stood at our shoulder height and looked up at both of us. "Man you guys take Alpha male to a whole new level." She shook her head and walked away. His eyes darted to mine. "She knows. She saw us in the woods shift." he nodded in knowing. "Well guess then I'll have to show her what a real Alpha looks like." He smirked and walked away. Ally walked in just as I was about to grab him and punch his lights out. "Lets go bro we got a game to play. I'm sure you excited to see Rylee in little volley spanks." she wiggled her eyes at me making me smile and laugh. I tossed my arm around her shoulders. "Oh little sister how I love you." She moved away from me and walked a few paces ahead and said "freak" I laughed more.

I walked into the Gym after changing and saw they were setting up the net. I placed my bag down and changed my shoes and started to stretch. One by one the guys and girls came out. I heard the door open again and looked up seeing Ally standing there talking as someone held the door. Rylee came our putting on he knees pads and shoes listening to Ally. Ryder right behind her. She looked amazing. Her long hair was pulled back into a pony tail, she had a headband on also to keep her hair out of her face. She wore her last schools volleyball team shirt I'm guessing. The sleeves were all the way down. Her tight short, super short spandex on. You could def tell she was a volleyball player. I watched as they walked over to the bleachers and placed their bags down. This girl was all muscle. Her thigh had the small jiggle in them but you could her solid quads. When she placed her bag down and turned her back to me. I closed my eyes and breathed in a calming breath. I've looked at her amazing ass before but now it was on full display and Cable was drooling and panting. I couldn't help the thoughts running in my head while i looked at her, i was thinking about her legs wrapped around my waist when a ball hits me hard in the chest. "Your drooling on the floor bro." Hayden said as i coughed on the floor. "Fucker you knocked the wind out of me." I stood still trying to breathe. "I don't think it was me, I think it was Rylee's ass." He said and everyone laughed. I felt my face redden.

After everyone was warmed up we split the teams and made sure Rylee wasn't on mine. We play rotate so everyone gets a chance to play each spot. We locked eyes right before we started. She took the serving position and first one was a perfect jump serve. Which one of my teammates missed and she smiled knowing she just got an Ace and point. As the match went on you'd hear everyone whisper about how good she was. Her and her brother were incredible. We both ended up at the setting position and were tied. "One more point." I said. She nodded smirking. The ball was served and the volley carried for a few returns. I went for a tap over and she went for a block. It went over her finger tips and her brother dove and got it as her outside hitter dove to help get it higher. It went towards her face as she bent backward and into a squat and she hit it towards us over the net high and toward the line. My back row got right under it and let it go...in landed inside. They won. She jumped up from landing on her but and cheered with her team.
