Dylan  Nearly three weeks had passed. Now it was time to bring Riley back home where she belonged. Getting used to the new accommodations would take some time, but she was doing surprisingly well. Riley was no longer confined to a bed. She has spent the last week and a half walking around the hospital with me attached to her hip. I've never considered myself overly affectionate or wanted to be touched as much as I do when I'm near her. "Come on, slowpoke!" She picked with me while jumping up and down excitedly.
