Selene knelt down on the floor beside Elizabeth. She had collapsed after trying to stand up, and was bleeding from a cut on her forehead where she hit her head on the corner of the bedframe as well as having a rather severe nosebleed. The blood from the wound was trickling down her face and running into one of her eyes, which were open but unseeing and unblinking. Selene was trying hard not to panic, and concentrated on what she could do to try and help. She pressed her hand to Elizabeth’s throat to feel for a pulse, and when she found that there was one and that Elizabeth was at the very least still barely alive she tried to think of what to do next.
