Leaning back in my chair, I listened to the project proposal of the Japanese team. Their project was a luxury housing scheme that included a supermarket, a school, and a shopping complex. To be honest, it was a big project for us. We had handled many projects before, but they were all single projects, not group ones like they were planning.
In front of me were three Japanese team members who were proposing the site to be built in the second largest city in Japan, Yokohama. Their company was not huge, but they wanted to try the project with a foreign company.
